Devonport Food and Wine Festival is a month-long celebration of north west Tasmania’s rich food and beverage philosophy with multiple events held during the month of October each year. The Festival encompasses a variety of delights from cooking classes, through to wine tastings and everything in between.

World Gin & Tonic Day
October 19 @ 3:00 pm - 11:59 pm

Join us at the Spirit Bar Tasmania for a celebration of the world’s favourite drink. This event features 12 of Tasmania’s finest gins. You can try an expression board of mixed gins for just $20. Enjoy great locally produced food platters to accompany and complement your gins for just $25.

Grape v Grain

Enter the world of brandy and whisky, tasting Australia’s most awarded brandy from St Agnes distillery, alongside the Glenfarclas Single Malt Scotch Whisky. They both share very similar production methods, but brandy is distilled from grapes and whisky from grains.

Produce to the People Fundraising Gala Dinner

Tasmania’s 2017 Community Group of the Year, not-for-profit social enterprise and emergency food relief provider, Produce to the People, will hold a fundraising gala dinner at Burnie’s beautiful Breckenborough. Picnic in the Paddock
